Denver Foundation Solutions Description
Denver Foundation Solutions is a Castle Rock, Colorado–based certified contractor specializing in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and related structural services across the Denver metropolitan region and surrounding counties.
With two to three decades of industry experience, the company evaluates foundation and basement issues and delivers permanent, code-compliant repairs tailored to each property.
Services include foundation and structural repair—such as pier and underpinning solutions—basement waterproofing (interior and exterior systems), crawl space repair and encapsulation, interior drainage, yard grading and drainage solutions, and concrete-leveling or slab repairs.
The firm emphasizes one-time, long-lasting repairs using proven, patented systems and materials, and it positions itself as an authorized contractor familiar with Colorado building codes and maintenance regulations.
Project work typically begins with a diagnostic assessment to identify root causes—soil, drainage, hydrostatic pressure, settlement, or structural movement—followed by a customized remediation plan.
For waterproofing, Denver Foundation Solutions offers interior and exterior approaches, permanent sump and drainage installations, and yard drainage improvements to prevent water intrusion and protect finished basements.
For foundation issues the company provides structural stabilization and repair options designed to return load-bearing elements to safe condition and prevent further movement.
Serving homeowners, property managers, and developers in Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Douglas County and nearby areas, Denver Foundation Solutions highlights reliability, local code knowledge, and experience as core differentiators.

Review 1
Tony (the owner) came by to assess some cracking issues we were having around our foundation. I have had assessments done by a few of the “big guys” and they all were pushing me super hard to get tens of thousands of dollars of pier work done. All of them felt super pushy. Tony gave us the honest low down, told us that we could hold out on having major work done for at least a few more years. Rare to find a company to provide an honest consultation that doesn’t result in them immediately getting your business. Whenever we do need the work done, we’ll be going with DFS.
Review 2
Very impressed with my experience with DFS. From the beginning, the communication was perfect with a text and email confirming every appointment. Tony was great and gave his assessment and fix for our problem with a detailed scope of the work and pricing. They understood my dilemma and made adjustments to help me sooner than expected. Lalo and the crew were amazing. They were on time and went right to work. They were courteous, clean, respected our home, and the work done was precise to what was explained. They finished ahead of schedule and the follow up from Tony was appreciated. It was a top notch experience and the price was very fair. Highly recommend!
