We had a minor water spill through our floor that we decided might need professional attention. We called Kustom and they had somebody out to us on a Saturday very quickly. As the job progressed, we decided that it wasn’t the right solution for what we needed. I suspect that their operations are geared toward more significant damage than we were dealing with. I told them that I was going to handle the rest on my own. They explained the risk that I was taking and that was that. I’m happy with the work that they did and I have nothing but respect for the way they handled me changing course. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
