All I can say is Awesome Job and the team cares about their customers like we are family. Thank you Team ServPro from Victor, Eric, Yahir, Brandy, DJ, Ezekiel, and to the other 3 guys(sorry) that I didn’t get your names, throughout the process of mitigating the damage of our basement flooding from day 1 April 27, 2025 to yesterday May 12, 2025 you were professional and courteous and efficient. So Thank You again! The team was always willing to work around my scheduled medical appointments so I could be home when they were here to check the moisture levels and equipment etc.
I am glad I called them and if I ever need a mitigation team in the future(hopefully not) I will not hesitate to call them.
