Groundworks is a national home services company specializing in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space repair and encapsulation, and concrete lifting.
The Seattle branch operates from SeaTac and serves the greater Seattle area, offering free inspections, on-site assessments, and appointments often available as early as the next day.
Groundworks’ technicians are trained and certified to diagnose structural and moisture-related issues and to install engineered solutions such as helical piers, push piers, wall repair systems, wall anchors, interior drainage systems, sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and crawl space supports.
Their services address common warning signs including sinking foundations, uneven floors, cracked or sinking concrete, interior basement leaks, mold growth, wood rot, and sump pump failures.

Groundworks provides both residential and commercial solutions and highlights warranties, financing options, and a service & maintenance program.
The Seattle branch lists a local leadership team (general manager, sales and production managers, office manager) and publishes customer reviews showcasing punctuality, clear communication, and thorough workmanship.
Groundworks also promotes resources and education for homeowners, including articles, case studies, and before-and-after galleries.
As part of a broader Groundworks organization, the Seattle location benefits from national recognition and awards and leverages proprietary and patented solutions to deliver long-term repairs and waterproofing systems.

Review 1
Very informative. Clear and concise. Gave us many options. Daniel is a wonderful and honest person and was so helpful with our questions. The crew lead by Anthony, with Jordan, Uriel, and Richard did professional work. The finished product is wonderful and can already feel the results in the house. Would 1000% recommend. Just keep in mind it is a very messy job. These guys do the best they can to keep it clean.
Review 2
My crew (Anthony, Mike, Jordan, and Johnathan) were great! They were courteous, efficient, communicative, and accomplished the big project incredibly quickly (I was expected a week, and it took less than two days). I appreciated them explaining some of the underlying electrical issues that we need to address, too.
Typical Costs
Crawl Space Cleaning: $500 ~ $4,000
This is for basic services like removing debris, old insulation, or minor mold.
Foundation and Structural Repairs: $2,500 ~ $8,000
This includes fixing things like a damaged support beam or re-leveling the foundation.
Waterproofing and Moisture Control: $1,500 ~ $5,000
This might involve installing a drainage system or a sump pump.
Crawl Space Encapsulation: $5,000 ~ $15,000+
This is a comprehensive solution that includes a vapor barrier, insulation, and often a dehumidifier. The cost can be on the higher end due to the materials and labor involved.
