24°f and 64°f inside so the heat pump won’t run. We checked circuit breakers all on. Then thermostat went blank. Put in new ones and light came on but nothing worked. Called Havens 24/7 number. Preston got here as soon as he could on a Sunday and found thermostat dead and old one blew a fuse in crawl space. Excellent service. We were looking at highs 24-17-28 °f next 3 days. Thank you Preston!
