Thomas was Amazing from booking the appointment, to confirming a day before and even an hour before. He greeted you with a smile and handshake introducing himself. We recently had the pleasure of working with Thomas from Sunshine Home Inspection, and wow—A+ doesn’t even begin to cover it! From the moment he arrived (right on the dot, so punctual he could teach Big Ben a thing or two), Thomas dove into every nook and cranny with the precision of Sherlock Holmes—if Sherlock carried a moisture meter instead of a magnifying glass.

His keen eye picked up on concerns we didn’t even know existed (seriously, we thought “mystery moisture” was just a clever plot twist in a horror movie). He raised so many valuable points that our “honey-do” list turned into a “honey-need-to-fix” list faster than you can say “leaky faucet.”

Communication-wise, Thomas is a rock star. He’s not only happy to share his wealth of knowledge, but he explains it so clearly that even our dog—who normally only responds to “treat”—looked impressed. His detailed, descriptive report arrived so promptly we half-expected it by carrier pigeon… but thankfully it came via email, which saved the pigeons from overtime.

Overall, working with Thomas and Sunshine Home Inspection was a genuine pleasure.
