I selected Dan’s, to work on my elderly father’s 53 year old sewer line, after completing an online search. I thought it would be challenging managing the work from out of state and the complete process was completed with no glitches. All aspects of the process exceeded my expectations. We received exceptional customer service from the office personnel, technician Zach and the owner Dan. My calls were always answered by an actual person. Their computerized communications, including appointments, work contracts and reminders were clear, well designed, concise and never annoying. I was impressed when there as no charge for the first appointment to diagnose the issue, by running a camera through the line. Unlike prior sewer companies, they provided real solutions and they didn’t try to sell us on inadequate and unnecessary services. One of the best parts of our experience was dealing with a company capable of handling all aspects of sewer repairs. They were able to excavate the sewer line replace portion of the line and add external clean-outs in less than a day. It is refreshing to know there are still companies out there providing such a high level of service.

Over the course of a week, long, very extensive and complex sewer job at our place which required the use of liners to do preventive maintenance on our 300+ feet of sewer main, Dan’s was extremely professional. Great communication throughout and an amazing final product which has saved us from having to Trench and replace pipe for hundreds of feet.
