Clovis Veterans Memorial District Description
Clovis Veterans Memorial District is a public special district established on June 11, 1946, dedicated to honoring U.
S.
military service and preserving veterans’ legacies through memorials, education and community programming.
Governed by an elected Board of Directors, the District operates the Community Heritage Center—a local museum and interpretive space with rotating and permanent exhibits (including a recently refreshed World War II in the Pacific exhibit).
The Heritage Center provides school tours, volunteer opportunities, and educational programming that connect regional history with broader military and civic themes.
Beyond museum activities, the District manages more than 20,000 square feet of event and meeting space available for private, nonprofit and corporate rentals, offering multiple room sizes, kitchen facilities, maps and a streamlined rental inquiry process.
It hosts and coordinates community events and observances—such as Memorial Day, Veterans Day, military appreciation nights, The Wall That Heals, and other annual commemorations—bringing together residents, service organizations and veterans’ families.
The District also maintains public memorials and offers veterans resources, a small online shop, calendar of events, and public records and governance information.
The Clovis Veterans Memorial District serves as both a living memorial to veterans and a community hub for remembrance, education, civic ceremonies and rented events, operating from facilities in Clovis, California (office at 808 4th Street and the Community Heritage Center at 320 Veterans Parkway).

I love this multipurpose hall. We attended to the 7th Annual Fresno County Pink Heals. Great space and the servers were so nice. Overall is a great place for events.
