Review 1
We have owned our house for almost 30 years and in preparation for a renovation we wanted to have a structural assessment done. Garrett was recommended and it was a smooth experience from the initial phone conversation onward.
Throughout the appointment, he was efficient, professional and communicative. He methodically inspected the entire house, then put together drawings of the crawl space, first floor and second floor. He also created some isometric and cross section drawings. All of these were high quality, especially given the context of being produced in real time in the field.
For the last 30 minutes of the appointment, we discussed the artifacts, hypotheses, and supporting facts. These were summarized into potential risks, options and recommendations for our renovation.
In summary, we highly recommend Garrett. We gained useful insights exceeding the cost of his services, and on top of that his client engagement skills could not have been better.
Review 2
After contacting Garrett about some hairline cracks in the ceiling, he gave a very thorough and informative inspection of the whole structure of my house. He even lowered the agreed upon price since the inspection didn’t take as long as expected. Highly recommended
