Breedlove Builders Spray Foam Description
Breedlove Builders Spray Foam is a specialty insulation contractor focused on spray foam insulation for residential and light commercial projects.
Operating from Morley, Michigan, the company installs closed-cell and open-cell spray polyurethane foam to improve energy efficiency, thermal performance, and building envelope air sealing.
Their services typically include attic and roofline insulation, wall cavity filling, rim joist and crawlspace encapsulation, and new-construction or retrofit applications where spray foam provides superior R-values, moisture control, and long-term air-sealing benefits compared with traditional insulation materials.
In addition to installation, Breedlove Builders Spray Foam provides site assessment and consultation, recommending appropriate foam type and thickness to meet client performance goals and local building codes.
The company emphasizes using industry-standard equipment and materials to ensure proper application, adhesion, and consistent coverage, reducing thermal bridging and drafts.
Typical project benefits promoted include lower heating and cooling costs, improved indoor comfort, reduced condensation and mold risk, and increased structural durability where closed-cell foam is applied.
While primarily focused on spray foam insulation, the business may coordinate with general contracting or renovation work—particularly for retrofit projects where drywall, framing, or roofing access is required.
Breedlove Builders Spray Foam positions itself as a local expert for homeowners and small commercial property owners seeking energy upgrades, attic restorations, and targeted air-sealing solutions.
For appointments, estimates, or technical questions, the company lists local contact information on its website and directory listings.

Review 1
Jim and his team did such a great job installing cement siding on our house. He was easy to communicate with and updated us throughout the project. I found his team to be professional and respectful. Jim takes a lot of pride in the quality of work he does. I plan to hire him for future projects on our home. Highly recommend!
Review 2
Had a great experience. Jim was awesome and made sure everything was done correctly and met all my needs. I had a big “small” job with lots of complicated and tight spaces (shipping container). Jim took his time to make sure we got proper coverage and nothing shifted as it was being sprayed. Would highly recommend!
