Dan is the man! I had a broken spring (pictured) at a rental, so I left a message last night. They called me this morning with a quote based on my description. Kaitlyn was very low pressure and friendly! I was actually pricing out parts to fix it with my buddy, but by the time I threw him some cash and gave up a chunk of my Saturday, those quotes looked pretty good. Dan Green was there within a couple hours, got it done (safely!!), installed better springs than I had before in under 40 minutes and showed me how to maintain the door for longer service life. My renters are happy now too. Overhead actually installed our door at my house a few years ago and they were LITERALLY a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the company that installed parent’s new door around the same time.
