I had three roof beams for a covered deck that extended beyond the roof and were susceptible to rot. Vitaliy and his team replaced one of the beams that had rot extending underneath the roof, and cut the other two beams back to the roof line. They also treated and repainted the beams, and did a great job removing and reinstalling the existing vinyl siding as needed. Vitaliy and his team were professional and great to work with on this project. I appreciated Vitaliy’s communication and adjustments to the project scope to accommodate my feedback. I highly recommend Rot Doctor and will hire again if I have an applicable project.

Initially, I was soliciting bids to repair the rotted areas in my main entrance deck. This deck was 50 years old and had several bad areas around the periphery. The consensus of most contractors was to replace rather than attempt repairs.

Vitality from Rot Doctor made me confident in his ability to provide a quality product at a competitive price . The existing structure was totally removed and replaced with a new substructure, decking and railings. It was primed and painted to match the house. Peter, who built the deck, is incredibly talented and did a beautiful job.
