Great job from start to finish. Soil was wet and muddy in our back yard. We weren’t sure where it was coming from. Shaun from Drain Doctors spent hours scoping and assessing our drainage system….he was very thorough! He put together a proposal identifying the issues and how to repair them. The following week Ulysses came out with his team and went to work with the utmost care. They found the underground pipes in need of repair about 5 feet down and made the repairs. Once repairs were made, Shaun, Ulysses and others ran water through the drainage system to verify that water was flowing through the pipes as expected. All appears to be working well.

We were dealing with rainwater pooling in front of our garage every time it rained. Shaun came out, carefully assessed the situation, and recommended an effective solution: installing a catch drain that connects to the street’s drainage system. He also inspected our home’s drainage system and cleared out any debris to ensure everything functioned properly.
