Carson and John were both very thorough and professional with their demo work after our garage had a fire sprinkler pipe burst. They had to make several trips down to Sedona from Flagstaff and always stayed in touch as to when they were coming. Danny, the owner was always very responsive and helpful on the phone and email. They came the next day after I called them and made sure everything was really dry before removing their equipment. After the work was completed, they made sure to clean up the all the insulation debris so we could continue our restoration project. I definitely recommend Servpro.

When we discovered mold in one of our commercial properties, ServPro was fast to respond for an estimate on mold remediation. After meeting with Sammy, I was impressed with the time he spent explaining the process and ultimately his patience when there was a hiccup during the scheduled appointment. The turnaround time was quick and he stayed in contact the entire time. After the project was done, the team did a great job of cleaning up and disposing of any debris. Hopefully we will not need their services anytime soon, but if we do, we won’t hesitate to call them again!
