We had water damage from a leak and someone recommended using ServPro. Omar Mata contacted us the same day we called ServPro and has been a life saver. He is very knowledgeable, excellent communication with us, takes time to explain everything very thoroughly, communicates directly with our insurance, Allstate, to make sure everyone has all the information needed to keep things moving along as fast as possible. Then we have John Lopez doing all of the work, he is just as good as Omar in all areas and makes all of this easier for us. An amazing young, hard working, man. John makes sure we know what is being taken care of on each trip, what to expect next, schedules times with us, shows up when he says with great people to help do all the work, and it gets done quickky and efficiently. We even had an in person visit from ServPro customer relations, Linda Snider, to see if we were being taken care of and find out if there is anything else we need, if we have any concerns. From the first call and through every step of the way we have been so well taken care of that it has made going through this much easier.
