Last summer, Barrier Waterproofing installed a drainage system and sump pump in our crawlspace. Their salesperson was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. He made recommendations and didn’t try to pressure us when we chose to only do part of the recommendations. The workers completed the job quickly and you couldn’t tell they had even been there.

Recently, I had some concerns about the sump pump and contacted them. They actually answered the call and offered to have a technician come take a look. They stayed in touch and advised me that the pump was working properly.
