I truly hope you never need mitigation services, however, if you do, this is the team to call.

We had a substantial water leak on Christmas morning alongside hundreds of others in the area. Our insurance company told us to call ServePro but they were completely overwhelmed, as were many other companies we tried contacting.

Mid Tenn Restoration was able to have a crew on-site within 4 days.

Their team was incredibly professional and thorough. They explained the process to us, and understood what a horrible ordeal the situation was for us. They worked for 2 full days removing damaged drywall, hardwood, tile, insulation, and cabinets. After a week of air movers and dehumidifiers thoroughly getting any remaining moisture out, they provided a room-by-room report (with photos) of the work they had done.

We are thankful for Mid Tenn Restoration for guiding us through the first step of restoration, and making it as smooth as it could possibly be.
