Anthony was so pleasant to work with when he came to service my AC. Since I was having a problem with my thermostat, he looked at it and was going to replace it with another one of the same model, a 724. But he also gave me information on the XL824. After explaining the benefits of the newer thermostat and the features it had, and the fact that I could get it at a reduced cost, I decided it would be to my advantage to purchase it. Anthony installed it, programmed it and explained to me how it worked. So happy I made the decision to have the newer one installed. Would be happy to have Anthony service my AC the next time I have need for it. Benefit air is lucky to have Anthony working for them. He is efficient and professional.
