I greatly appreciate BDry coming to help with my exterior water issues. My back yard was flooding so bad water was reaching the side of my house. I called on a Friday afternoon for the initial estimate and Dan the salesman came that following Monday and gave an idea of what to do and the cost of it. When the installation portion came there were some issues with the ability of some pipes to fit certain areas but the installer Brandon and his supervisor Frank were wonderful about addressing that by altering the plan in a way that was more beneficial to me instead of being detrimental. Lastly I want to mention that they have been great about taking my calls and providing followup. Tyler came in later to do a water flow test and make sure everything will be good in case we get a lot of rain again. Overall they installed a big catch basin and several attachments to my downspouts to run the water out to the street instead of flooding my backyard. It’s been a big load off my mind to have them come by. The photo with the water is how it was before BDry came.

Contracted with BDry to replace the crawlspace door. Mine was a little different than most in that the crawlspace door was over 6’ wide. My existing door was two panels wide and we decided to go with a single door that would eliminate the gap between the two panels. Charles was the installer and he used initiative and experience to construct a door sturdy enough to get the desired results. The results were perfect and provided a secure and pretty much airtight closure. Great service and great customer support. Highly recommend.
