Howard is highly knowledgable and ETHICAL. These days, I think the later is hard to find, but Howard has maintained honest business practices. It would have benefited him financially to just sell me a product, but he didn’t do that! He answered my questions honestly, sharing his years of expertise, even though it meant I probably didn’t need to proceed with a retrofit. Even if you are getting other quotes, I strongly recommend talking to Howard before making a decision about who to hire and what to do to retrofit your home.
