I contacted AquaGuard due to a foul smell emanating from my 2 sump pumps. They came out the next day and discovered not only were both my main and backup pumps not working but my main pump in my second sump pumps closet was also not working! Walter Garcia, the technician, explained everything to me in layman’s terms that I understood clearly. He was professional, very neat, and just plain nice. He replaced the pumps (2 main and 1 backup) and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized both pump tanks, cleaned up both areas nicely. I would recommend using AquaGuard for all of your waterproofing needs! I had the good fortune to have Walter Garcia as the service technician who came out to my home to diagnose a problem with my sump pump. After spending time testing, he explained the primary problem was with my back up pump, but took the time to also inspect the primary pump. He explained all my options and associated costs with each option. Got it all fixed with new pumps and parts. He was on time, professional, and took time to explain the situation so I could make an informed decision. Very pleased with his work and would recommend AquaGuard to friends and neighbors. I have used them since 2003 and they never failed to meet my expectations.
