We contacted Basement Repair Specialists for water seeping into our basement in an odd, elevated space. Tom Wardlow came out and discussed our options and gave his honest opinion on what he thought would be best for our situation. On the day of install, Trent and his partner were very professional and did an awesome job installing the drain tile and new sump pump. They laid plastic down on their walkways and tried to keep everything as clean as possible (a little cleaning was necessary in the basement afterwards but we pretty much expected as much after a jackhammer was used in our basement!). After installing a new breaker for the sump pump, we had an issue with the pump and Tonya and Leslie on the phone were super helpful and courteous with trying to troubleshoot the problem! The next day Francisco came out and completely replaced the pump and ensured that everything was working as expected. I highly recommend this company for any basement water issues! Everyone was very kind, helpful, and took the time to answer our many questions! We are very happy with the end result!

We received excellent service from Basement Repair Specialists from setting up the appointment with Leslie, to getting an estimate and explanation as to the repair that needed to be done from Tom and finally the repair itself which was done by Francisco. He did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and why. Thanks to all of them our water leak in the basement is resolved. Overall they were all easy to deal with. Highly recommend them to anyone.
