I had a wonderful experience! Thomas came in and assessed my issue, quickly came up with a solution, and within an hour and a half my task was complete. He we had a catio for my cats and he hoisted it up and attached it to the window so that the cats could safely get in and out. And then he also fixed the safety latch on the door to make sure that the cats could not get out of the home and onto the patio where it isn’t safe. The results exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy and so are my cats!
