Independent Restoration Services did an awesome job with our emergency flood in our home Christmas Eve. Johnny was quick to start and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. We were very pleased. They worked with our insurance very well also.

I had a toilet supply line break while we were out of town. It was a mess in our master bath. While I set fans up and shop vacuumed the water off the top of the floor. My homeowners recommended another place as a preferred provider. They had 3 stars and needless to say I wanted a better rating business. Johnny with Independent Restoration Solutions in Ardmore Alabama came out. He was as professional a guy as I’ve ever met. My wife has compromised immune system. She takes shots weekly to subdue her immune system. He and Luis were awesome much better than the green logo’d well known restoration company. I have no doubt once repairs are made it will be like it never even happened. He informed us about everything he was doing what he found and the communication couldn’t have been better. He has made me feel ok about having a minor home disaster that is very disruptive to our lives. I can not recommend IRS and specifically Johnny Lamont. He put up zippered doors to keep the mess out of the other rooms in the house. My contractor said his cuts on the walls were really good. He said a lot of cleaners look like they were drunk when they cut the drywall. I just can’t recommend him enough. If you have something that needs remediation this is who I’d call. He took the best care of my wife and I and his company has nothing but the best reputation in my mind. We did put in a dehumidifier in the crawl space and I think it will help me keep my crawl space dry and more important mold will not be able to grow. IRS (independent restoration solutions) is the best option for any home disaster you might have. Great guy to hire for remediation.
