I do not normally write reviews but for this recent job I feel I’ve got to do it. American Attic Insulation was simply tremendous. My daughter had her crawl space under her house cleaned out, sealed from rodents, and lined with white heavy duty plastic. The workmanship was fantastic, 4 guys for two full days and I haven’t seen complete, thorough work like this in a long time. I then had the company clean out the old insulation from my home’s attic, seal all ductwork and vent openings, place new insulation and seal it all with white plastic, and clean out all ducts with a 14′ spinning light brush and high powered vacuum. The work was again beautiful with photos at every step. An example of the attention to detail is each 2×4 post in the attic (there must be 80 or more) were individually wrapped in white tape completely sealing around each. The attic is clean and (hard to imagine for an attic) beautiful with the insulation completely sealed beneath the plastic. 4 guys for 2 full days, and they stayed late (until 6:30pm and then 7pm) not cutting corners on any parts of the project. Reasonably priced, I recommend American Attic to my family and friends, …this will be one of the best purchases you ever make.

One day I saw this really cute baby mice in my house, and started to understand how Disney must have felt to get his empire started. However, after seeing more, bigger and meaner looking mices, hearing them running in my attic, I know it’s time for professional help. My wife consulted with friends who had similar services 5 years ago, and added urgency to the case: better do it now than waiting since summer hot weather only makes the smell worse. After interviewing a few vendors, we went with American Attic, and was pleased with their professional conduct, especially helping manner during ongoing interactions. Recommend any one with Roden issue to purse this solution with American Attic.
