We have worked with EIE on two different occasions and were very pleased with their customer service, professionalism, and quality of work. On the first project they installed solar panels on our out-building and then followed that up with a battery and smart panel at the house. We would definitely work with them again.

The most important part of installing a solar system is selecting a company/vendor/contractor. The homeowners in our neighborhood that have installed solar have all had not-good experience with their solar company. Selecting a large company does not assure a good experience as many large solar companies have gone out of business, i.e. SunPower. I listened to our neighbors solar stories and I interviewed several companies in order to select a good company. I ended up selecting Elevated Independent Energy. Elevated had good reviews. Elevated is a small company and the owners are electricians with many years of experience installing solar systems. Elevated has the licenses in order to install solar in Loveland. Elevated has done some projects with the City of Loveland and knows how to navigate the building permit process. My experience was good. Obtaining the permits is a time consuming ordeal. The installation of the solar panels, battery backup, and new smart panel was all done in one week. Elevated showed up everyday on time and cleaned up by the end of the day. All their work passed inspections. I just received Permission To Operate (PTO) this week. I will strongly recommend Elevated if asked.
