I am in the process of buying a home and the inspector pointed out a few areas of cracks in the house along the dry wall, and on the outside of the house, and a large crack on the foundation that we can see in the garage. Immediately I start thinking worst case scenario that the foundation needs total repair. Our inspector recommended Sinkhole Titan, and I’m so glad he did! Jonathan came out to inspect the property free of charge! (You know it helps to save every penny you can when buying your first home) I’m not from here, so I had no idea being in an area where the land is mostly clay, that houses tend to crack and move. Jonathan could’ve totally sold me on anything since I had no idea what I was looking at. Luckily he is a honest guy and let me know that houses tend to crack sometimes due to the movement on the ground and that in our situation we don’t really need to do anything at the moment. He gave me an estimate of what it would be to stabilize the house if we wanted to go the route if it ever got worse, but ensured us that we should be fine as of now. I will be sure to call Titan Sinkhole if I notice any cracks getting bigger or more frequent!
