I had a great experience with Crawl Space Ninja! They were able to quickly come out to see what exactly was going on with my crawlspace and floors. While as a whole they were great, what ultimately made me decide to go with them was Kristen. I had several companies come to my house and while they were all professional, Kristen took the time to fully explain what was going on and what would need to be done to fix it. Not only did I like having a female to work with, but she explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me! She also worked with me to get the repairs done within my budget range.

Each week an update went out via email to let me know where I was on their schedule. The men that came out to handle everything were extremely nice and professional. At no point during this process did I ever feel I was being taken advantage of, which is a huge deal! My crawlspace looks so clean and since being repaired, I have not experienced any standing water!
