Review 1
The Leading Edge Restoration team is top notch. Thomas, Jessica and the repair crew members were phenomenal. They communicated every step of the way. Did a thorough job in the crawlspace (even took before and after pictures). The team worked directly with the electrician and plumber to arrange the work and ensure it was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them again and again!
Review 2
We had a water pipe burst in January between our first and second floors, affecting our kitchen, guest room, and guest bath—it was a complete mess. That night, we did some initial cleanup ourselves: removing wet items, pulling up the carpet, and trying to get the water off the hardwood floors.
The following morning, we called Leading Edge Restoration, and they were incredible. They responded quickly and got right to work removing everything that had been damaged—drywall, insulation, cabinets, and more. They were professional, efficient, and truly knew what they were doing. Great Job!
We’re so thankful for their expertise and for helping us through such a stressful situation. We highly recommend Leading Edge Restoration!
Typical Costs
Crawl Space Cleaning: $500 ~ $4,000
This is for basic services like removing debris, old insulation, or minor mold.
Foundation and Structural Repairs: $2,500 ~ $8,000
This includes fixing things like a damaged support beam or re-leveling the foundation.
Waterproofing and Moisture Control: $1,500 ~ $5,000
This might involve installing a drainage system or a sump pump.
Crawl Space Encapsulation: $5,000 ~ $15,000+
This is a comprehensive solution that includes a vapor barrier, insulation, and often a dehumidifier. The cost can be on the higher end due to the materials and labor involved.
