Koala Insulation of North Indy Description
Koala Insulation of North Indy is a locally focused insulation contractor that delivers residential and light-commercial thermal efficiency solutions across North Indianapolis and surrounding communities.
The company provides assessment-driven installations and replacements designed to improve comfort, reduce energy consumption, and protect homes from moisture, pests, and indoor air-quality issues.
Core services include spray foam insulation for high-performance air barriers and long-term sealing; blown-in attic insulation that fills irregular cavities for cost-effective R-value gains; and batt insulation installation for traditional framed walls and floors.
Koala Insulation of North Indy also offers insulation removal and remediation for damaged, contaminated, or degraded materials, as well as air-sealing services to close drafts and improve HVAC performance.
For homeowners seeking passive cooling support, the team installs solar attic fans to lower attic temperatures and reduce strain on ductwork and cooling systems.
The company performs free on-site evaluations and home-efficiency assessments to recommend tailored insulation strategies, then schedules and completes installations with attention to cleanliness and timely service.
Koala emphasizes eco-friendly and energy-saving options, helping customers access incentives and tax credits where applicable, and highlights the long-term financial return of reduced utility bills.
With a process that includes a pre-installation assessment, efficient installation by trained technicians, and a post-installation inspection, Koala Insulation of North Indy positions itself as a responsive, customer-oriented local partner for insulating attics, crawlspaces, walls, and commercial spaces.
Their services are marketed as improving comfort, reducing noise, lowering energy costs, and protecting homes from moisture and allergens.

Review 1
Excellent experience with Koala Insulation. Super fast response and talented and caring people! Very respectful of my store and even swept the floor after a long day in the attic. Highly recommend this company and their awesome staff.
Review 2
This was my first experience with spray foam.
My sales guy Kyle showed up on time, explained the entire process, delivered the quote as promised, answered all my questions and even quickly responded to my questions after the quote was received.
The installation crew showed up on time as well. The crew was very young which made me a little nervous but that nervousness turned out to be a waist of my energy! They went to work, measuring the depths of the foam as spraying started, cleaned up well after spraying was completed. I am well pleased! The only issue I had was with the office. I needed to verify that I had done everything correct when I approved the estimate on line, and reach out to get a date for installation. That did take some time, however, in fairness it was over spring break!!
I would not hesitate to recommend Koala or to use them again in the future!
