Great company. Came out and did a free, very thorough inspection. And we have a pretty LARGE place. They sent us a very detailed quote for the two issues that were discovered in our residence. They also sent us the pictures they had taken during their inspection. Great friendly people to work with!

We have been very pleased with the work that Crawlspace Remediation did fixing our crawlspace area.

We consulted two companies and ended up going with Crawlspace Remediation. Matt had come out and did the inspection on our space and walked me through step by step what needed to be down and actually was very honest with the work. I told him what the other company had also said and their price point (which was over double what Matt quoted me) and he was honest about what he would do differently and the reason why.

The crew took 8 days to do the work. In the beginning, we had some communication issues, but I was quick to email Matt to let him know about it and the few things I was frustrated on. He called me that same day. I was unable to answer so I called him back the next day and we talked over all of my concerns and he made sure to meet with his crew to make sure my concerns were addressed and fixed.

I also sent pictures of one area that I was not happy with the work on and Matt was also very upset over how the guys did it and he is making sure it fixed properly and professionally. He was very apologetic and thankful that I was allowing him to make the issue correct. I have been very pleased with him and I will definitely use him again for any crawlspace issues and I highly recommend him and his company.
