Kenny and his partner were awesome! They did the job well. They kept me in the loop and they cleaned up better than I would expect to dudes to do! They had a sense of humor and engaged sweetly with my dog too. We’ve used the company a couple times before and they also gave us discounts to reflect that.

Kenny Bell was excellent, we didn’t know where the access was however, just telling him where the pipe came from the house he found it immediately. Great guy, nice to talk to, extremely cordial & friendly. Now, just waiting for the pumper! 😉

9 January 2025 Stev came on to pump my tank. He was wonderful, & we had great conversations the entire time he was working. Gave me good information with regards to ongoing maintenance & care along with just great conversation. His ability to do a really necessary but dirty job with a smile & pleasure to be able to provide that service for people was remarkable. Great job done by a what seems to be a great loyal employee.
