John and his employees do a great job. They inspected and repaired floor joists for me back in February of 2024. Later that year I had some foundational concerns and John came out and gave me his honest opinion after doing a detailed inspection of the basement. He is quite knowledgeable and isn’t going to try to sell you something you don’t need. If you have any foundational issues with your home I would highly suggest using GPAC.

I had 3 different companies to come out to give me estimates. I choose this company because of the water problem in our crawl space and the condition under the floor. 2 of them started in the crawl space and wanted to do this and that was ok as I did not understand. When your company came out He wanted to check the gutter system and then go under the house and check under there. I questioned him about the gutter system first and he told me that excess water will go into the crawl space. Trust him. I did and I am glad I chose this company. Very dependable and reliable people.
