RetroFoam of Michigan Inc Description
RetroFoam of Michigan Inc is a specialty insulation contractor that designs, supplies and installs injection and spray foam insulation for residential and light-commercial buildings across Michigan’s Lower Peninsula and greater Toledo area.
Founded in 2002 as the first RetroFoam dealer in the U.
S.
, the company has grown into a regional provider serving existing homes, new builds, pole barns, cargo vans and a range of building assemblies including attics, exterior walls, rim joists, crawl spaces and basements.
RetroFoam of Michigan’s core product is RetroFoam — a three-part resin injection foam engineered to fill enclosed cavities and create continuous air and thermal barriers without major demolition.
Technicians inject the dry resin blend into open or closed cavities where it reacts with a foaming agent and water to expand, seal gaps, and improve R-value and airtightness.
The company emphasizes whole-home comfort, energy efficiency and lower utility costs, positioning its services to reduce drafts, eliminate cold spots, and improve HVAC performance.
RetroFoam of Michigan operates multiple in-house crews, project managers and a customer concierge team, provides upfront, no-haggle pricing and backs its work with a lifetime warranty transferable with home ownership.
Beyond installations, the company offers educational resources, cost calculators, financing and assistance with rebates and tax credits to help homeowners plan projects.
RetroFoam of Michigan also engages in community initiatives, including partnerships with Make-A-Wish and local workforce development, and highlights industry recognition from utility programs and federal energy organizations.

Review 1
Jeff came out gave us a quote, we excepted after he answered our questions in regards to injection foam. Crew #2 Anthony, Simons, Ben, and Koby came in the time slotted. The crew was professional and answered more questions. Now time to see how much this actually improves our comfort (draft and cold spots) and energy bill. Great cleanup after completion.

What a fantastic experience!! I have watched the videos and wondered about RetroFoam’s product. After buying an investment property I found the the house didn’t have insulation in the walls and immediately thought of those videos. I scheduled an estimate and was surprised with how affordable it was. Today was installation day. Ken and his crew were amazing, they were on time, very efficient and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Absolutely don’t hesitate to contact RetroFoam for your insulation needs!!!
