We have been getting our carpets cleaned by Promaster for about 5 years now. Every single time they are polite, professional, on time and they do a wonderful job. One year we also had to get our air ducts cleaned because a rodent was stuck and stinking up our home. They showed up prepared, even though our crawl space was a pain for them. They were diligent and affordable and we are always happy & satisfied when they leave. 10/10 recommend.
