Our furnace stopped working, had two technicians come and diagnose what was wrong. The first one, said heat exchange was cracked, and needed a new system. Received four estimates over the phone, that ranged from 18,000 to 32,000. Had Jeff from Knight heating and Air in Branson come out and look at it. He said that heat exchanged was carbon up and would need a new system, but it was not cracked. He also fixed it so it would
work., if I had to use it. Brent came out and gave me the price of two systems ,one was Trane and orher was a Carrier. He measures existing furnace and the duct work so he could fabricate the sheet metal that was needed to install a new furnace. The price was over 8000 lower. Austin, Hayden, and James did a fantastic installation on the heat pump and the furnace. I would highly recommend them to do any HVAC work
