TEAM are all professional. Very respectful, takes you every step of the process and leave your house clean after every visit. In January of 2024, while on an extended trip outside the United States, we received a call from our local fire department. A hot water leak and subsequent mold damage had destroyed the interior of our home. When we returned a week later, we found our home reduced by a mold removal company to floorboards and beams. Nearly all our possessions had been destroyed. We had lived in our home for 41 years, raised our children there, and so the image of our house as little more than a shell was difficult to confront.
We were most fortunate to select Advanced Dri to repair our home. Contrary to negative stories about construction companies we had heard through the years from friends and family, the house was reconstructed in a timely professional manner. The finished product was pleasing beyond our expectations.
We credit our experience almost completely to two people: Wendy Griese and Vincent Carlucci, the people overseeing the project. From the outset, they were responsive to our material and emotional needs. They were constantly in touch with us, even when we were out of the country, seeking our preferences and sending photos of progress. Vinny and Wendy seemed to undertake the project as though they were working on their own homes or those of close relatives. We often relied on their advice about everything from construction decisions to color choices, fixtures, tiles, flooring, cabinetry, and hardware. Wendy often negotiated on our behalf with the insurance company and Vinny made sure permits were granted in a timely fashion in a town notorious for delaying such documents.

In all I’ve said, I wish to thank Advanced Dri and hope they recognize what they have in Wendy Griese and Vincent Carlucci. Both work with a passionate concern for the quality of their work, a pride in what they produce, and a humanity that made a difficult experience tolerable and ultimately satisfying. These are special people.
