In an age in which I so rarely encounter reliable contractors, I can’t say enough good about Water Extraction Experts.

They sent out a remediation team the day after I called them. The team showed up when they said they would. They team communicated with me expertly through the process, and continued to follow up with me, making other necessary appointments, and always on time, always reliable. The owner, Matt, continued to touch base with me on how the process was being handled.

When the work was completed, I received a detailed invoice with photos, in a timely fashion.

In an age in which I’ve had contractors not show up at all and not call, cancel the day of with an hour’s notice, show up a few hours outside of when they’re expected with no heads up, seem perplexed at a request for an itemized list of services, and generally seem to not know how to communicate with other humans, Water Extract Experts absolutely hit it out of the park.

Matt and his team were fantastic and very professional. I had water and mold damage from a leaky roof and they were amazing throughout the whole process, even when it kept raining and they had to repeatedly dry out everything until my roof was replaced. Matt was immediately responsive with any issues/concerns that I had throughout the whole project. The rebuild of the walls and ceilings were amazing, paint matched exactly and the crew professionally reinstalled the baseboards as well using materials from a closet to match the original and then rebuilt the baseboard in my closet with newer materials. Hardwood floors were saved from any severe damage and they kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them if needed again.
