B&P Seal Crawl Description
B&P Seal Crawl (also listed as B&P Seal Crawl Waterproofing LLC) is a small, local waterproofing contractor based in the Asheville, North Carolina area that provides crawl space and foundation moisture-control services for residential properties.
The company’s core offerings include crawl space and basement waterproofing measures such as interior and exterior wall sealing, installation of French drains and sump pump systems, and sealing of plumbing penetrations to prevent moisture intrusion.
They advertise services to reduce water migration and standing water in crawl spaces and basements by installing drainage components and moisture barriers and by maintaining or replacing sump pumps.
Typical work focuses on keeping structural spaces dry to limit water damage and related issues for homeowners.
B&P Seal Crawl appears to operate primarily through local listings and direct customer contact rather than a maintained company website; online presence includes a Facebook page listing their waterproofing services and a Thumbtack profile that offers quotes and scheduling for waterproofing and sump pump installation or replacement.
Because public information is limited and the company website URL returned an error, prospective customers should contact the company directly via their social or listing pages to confirm service details, obtain estimates, and verify licensing, insurance, and warranties before hiring.

I cant say enough good things about Gavino Perez and his team at B&P Seal Crawl. We have been wanting to do encapsulation in our crawlspace for a long time, but every time we called a local company to come give us an estimate, they always gave us way overpriced quotes, non itemized statements even when we asked for them or they weren’t going to do what we wanted in the crawlspace. Then these larger “local” companies (some are franchised so you don’t know what team would actually be doing the job) would say things like, if you pay us cash today, we will knock off $1000. No thanks, thats sketchy for an overpriced job that didn’t even include insulation because they said we didn’t need it.
When we called B&P Seal Crawl, they came out and actually looked at the space, took measurements and gave us an itemized quote based on square footage and materials and spent 20 minutes inspecting each floor joist for mold. How refreshing, and their quote was absolutely reasonable, well priced and included everything we asked for. There were no high pressure sales or telling us we had to buy their $2000 dehumidifier like crawl space ninja, when you can get a really nice commercial dehumidifier online for like $400.
When they came to do the job, they were efficient, neat, kind and professional. They did such an amazing job, and went above and beyond to make sure it was done right! Even taking out old redundant ducting at our request and doing mold remediation where it was needed. When they left, they cleaned up and took everything with them, you wouldn’t have know they were there except for the stellar job they did in the crawlspace! It looked (and smelled) so much better. A week later we started noticing better air quality in our house and the warmer floors thanks to the insulation they installed. They were true to their quote and they communicated clearly when we decided to add on a couple of things.
They were such a pleasure to work with, we had them come back for a second job to encapsulate our studio next door. And once again, they gave us an honest quote, took pictures of where they found mold so they could review them with us, and explained what exactly they were going to do. They once again did a wonderful job and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend Gavino and his team if you want your crawl space incapsulated to make your home healthier! 10 out of 10!

Mr. Perez and his crew did great work for me. They encapsulated our crawl space. They left the crawl space in better condition than I thought possible. price, I had solicited other quotes, but due to the low height in part of the crawl space they were unable to consider the job. The C&P team arrived on time and completed the job in one day. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work.
