We had a great tech named Patrick. He’s super personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. We got on the maintenance plan and Patrick already came out twice, once to fix our leaking unit and a second time to double check that the repair was working. And with the maintenance plan all of this was very affordable. We’re relived to have a tech and a company we can rely on.

Also appreciate how easy it’s been to schedule service online or with a rep over the phone with Call Dad. A friend recommended Call Dad after a different HVAC company promised to call back to schedule an appointment but never did.
