Was pleasantly greeted by Eric & Dean as they arrived promptly Thursday morning to work on 2 piers to correct a shagging fireplace hearth issue. They explained what they’d be doing and worked pretty much all day, except for a lunch break. Eric told me they’d be back Friday morning as the concrete had not yet set up enough to adjust/ shim the floor level. Friday they showed up as promised, completing the job. Except for 2 new piers under my house, it looks like it dud before they got started. I’d recommend.

Every aspect of working with Falcone has been fantastic, from the initial phone call to the inspection and estimate with Rex and through completion of the job with Eric and Dean, I couldn’t be happier.

Eric and Dean were prompt, efficient, thorough and clean in all aspects of the job and were a pleasure to work with. They responded to phone calls and texts right away and were easy to communicate with in person as well. They were bright and happy and conveyed confidence right away.

They completed the job exactly as described in the estimate and left the job site spotless. Because we already had encapsulation in place they had to remove the existing system to complete the foundation work, but they took before, during, and after photos to show me that everything had been re-installed properly.

My parents are already going to have them come to their house to look at some footer issues and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing crawlspace/foundation work!
