Chad and Josh kept us informed of arrival time. Chad explained the work to be done while Josh prepared the equipment. The work was completed and the results fabulous. I’m glad I called Innovative Basement Authority rather than remove the concrete and resources. There is no mess to clean up. Chad and Josh are professionals. I find great value in the whole process.

Our sunken garage floor project required two steps, first to stabilize a wall and then to raise slabs of concrete. Darius and his co-worker (forgot his name!) did the stabilization, and Chad and Josh did the concrete raising. All of them were very courteous and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. They answered all our questions during and after the project. The completed project looks fantastic! It’s better than I had expected. I would recommend Innovative Basement Authority without hesitation to anyone with cracked or sunken concrete problems!
