I own a large property management company in Central Oregon and have used many different heating companies throughout my 17 years in business. I don’t deal with the day-to-day work orders, but my employees have told me how great Diversified is.
I had always used another company personally at my house, but they were not getting a job done. Like for multiple years, I kept having the same problem.
David came by yesterday, knew exactly what was going on as soon as I described it. Plus, he fixed some other items that I had been really wanting addressed.
He wore booties, he put a big blanket down to cover up the dust. He was super friendly and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend him and the entire office. I put the work order in and within minutes, the receptionist emailed “received”, which is a really important thing in my industry as we manage so many properties. It’s nice to know they received and are on it for our renters.
On top of that, I was called short time later, I believe the next day to schedule an appointment and they weren’t booked out very far.

We use a couple companies that are great. But now that I have personally used to diversified, I don’t think I will go anywhere else. Thank you, David for making our mornings nice and cozy again!

We finally broke down and got air conditioning (4/2025). Opening our windows at night is no longer sufficient due to frequent smoke. Diversified installed three mini splits to accommodate our needs. After talking to the sales person it seemed like we would have a several types of lines visible in the kitchen, family room and across the back of the house. We weren’t thrilled about the visible lines but need air conditioning. Once the installer came out we talked through several solutions to hide the lines and then he continued to figure out ways to hide more lines, he was impressive. The final installation has only one visible line in the top corner of the family room and nowhere else. Also the lines in the attic are very neatly fastened to the roof and around the walls and do not affect our storage at all. the installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Diversified Heating and Cooling!
