We recently had a significant water loss. I had worked in the Resteration industry years ago, so I knew who I was not going to call. After careful consideration, I decided to call Palm Industries Inc. They were at my place in less than an hour of initial my phone call. And it was not just a guy with a vacuum to suck up the water. This was a two story loss and Palm Industries came out in force. From the first guy who showed up until the project was complete I never once regretted my decision to call Palm Industries. Caleb Shawn and their entire team were courteous, sympathetic, and showed the professionalism that put us at ease. I will not remember all of their names, but Gerald, Donald, Mike, Nick, Rene are just a few of the hard-working hero’s that made this all happen. I would like to think each of them for a job well done. I have included a few pics of what they came in to and one of how they left our hobby space when finished. They did just as amazing with the bed/bath above where the loss originated. If we have Resteration needs in the future, there is no doubt that I will call Palm Industries for their amazing services.

All the employees were efficient and respectful they went above and beyond to take care of me and my home after having a flood in my bedroom and bathroom.
