We used Servpro to clean up and incredibly overwhelming mess left behind by an evicted resident with a severe hoarding issue. The Servpro team were professional and hard working. They did an incredible job getting the space cleaned up to it’s original state.

We cannot express our gratitude adequately for the team from ServPro of SW Portland that came out to help us. We rent a house that unbeknownst to us had a severe mold problem. We needed to have all of our items in the basement moved out and professionally cleaned/treated, repacked into new boxes and then into a U-Haul.

Jermaine, Geo, Maria and Keith were professional, efficient, honest and so kind. They really went above and beyond on a hot, long day. I thought our belongings, including very sentimental, irreplaceable items would not be salvageable. The team worked hard at getting everything safe and clean and were very reasonably and fairly priced. They were an absolute bright spot during a very upsetting and difficult situation.
