my partner and i moved into a home we suspected was infested with mold due and zachary was able to come out almost immediately after we contacted him to do a full inspection! the inspection was so thorough and transparent – zach explained everything he was doing and looking for in a way that was educational and easy to understand without being dismissive or condescending. even though the situation wasn’t ideal, im so glad that we got an inspection from bulldog, and if we would’ve stayed in the home we would’ve absolutely gotten remediation services from them!

I needed someone to come look at our expensive new alleged basement mold remediation that had been done by another company. The other company sent an 18 year old to go into my basement and spray some Boric Acid solution (of all things). I immediately had a real sinking feeling that I’d been ripped off. I ended up calling Bulldog on the weekend, and Zach answered the phone! He was very pleasant on the phone, professional and courteous. He listened to my horror story, and I could tell he understood just how ripped off I was, perhaps. So, today he came and did his “own” inspection and pretty much agreed with me; I’d been had! Now sent tests to see if they really did anything effective at all. I would highly recommend Bulldog, based on what I know of them so far. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (or to recommend them to a friend).Thanks again Zachary!
