We had a disaster on our hands when our sewer backed up into the lower level of our home. It was only minutes from the time I got off the phone with insurance to the time we received a call from Mellon. They sprang into action and an advance evaluation team was at our home within 2 hours. The mitigation team was friendly, professional and really took the time to answer our 1001 questions, provided reassurance, and all while removing approx. 7 rooms of furnishings crammed into 4. The repair crew completed restoring our home to an area we are thrilled with, rather than dreading if, fearful it would have remnants of the disaster. The repair crew did a FANTASTIC JOB top to bottom. Scott & Nick were meticulous in every phase of the repair. Scott’s painstaking attention to detail insured that you can not tell where the new joins the old.
