So pleased that we were referred to MasterTech after recent flooding. Austin knows his stuff and got in there promptly to dry us out with high tech equipment and his polite, efficient team to do the tear-out. We were confident that he destroyed the mold that had invaded behind the drywall.
We had no idea it was as bad as it was. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, but hopefully will never have the need!

Before we bought our home, we had an inspection done and found that the attic rafters had a fair amount of mold on them. When the results came back from the lab, we knew that with my wife’s breathing issues we would not be able to live in the house without it being remediated. Once I contacted Chance with Mastertech, I knew that we had found someone that truly understood what he was doing and why. I was impressed with is knowledge and professionalism. He set up an appointment with us, did his inspection confirming the mold problem, and provided us with a detailed explanation of what he and his company would do for us. Not only would they take care of the mold, they would also fix the lack of ventilation in the attic to prevent future problems. His crew arrived as promised, were very polite and professional and completed the work in the amount of time they promised for the amount they quoted. There were a few delays in getting the attic fan I wanted (solar/electric) because of manufacturing delays. Chance communicated with me about the delays and they got it done as soon as they got the fan from the manufacturer. We are very pleased with Mastertech and would recommend this company to anyone.
