Ben was awesome in multiple ways. First, responsiveness. Called and actually talked to him not a remote secretary. He came over right away and gave me a quote that day. Speaking of, got four quotes from $6000-16,000. The $16,000 (sorry Ben) outlined the same thing mold busters did. He came in well below that. Lastly, he kept updating me with pics throughout the day. He did an outstanding job. He will be back in 15 days to check air samples. Highly recommend
