I will start with our salesman Jake, very well organized. Knows his business. Very knowledgeable and descriptive which impressed me along with the cost of a new door assembly and I purchased it along with the storm door.
I was kept in touch with by West Shore Home up to the installation date of 4/30/2025
Today when Reggie Team Leader, William and Austyn arrived timely they introduced themselves Reggie advised the plan and they started to work. I must say each one of these people plays an important role for this company because they were like a special armed forces at their duty. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. Each one was very professional, polite and friendly with my wife and myself as well and we appreciated that. When they completed the job the 3 of them cleared up any mess they had made. Very meticulous at what they had done is a fine job to me. Thank you 3 guys that did fine and beautiful work for us today. And thank you West Shore Home in Chattanooga Tennessee.
